Ruby 1.9.3 support and new loaders

We have added support for Ruby 1.9.3. New loaders are available for OSX, Linux (32/64), FreeBSD (32/64), Windows (mswin and mingw). You may download loaders from our loaders page http://rubyencoder.com/loaders.html

Encoding in --ruby 1.9.2 mode is fully compatible with Ruby 1.9.3. No update of the encoder is needed.
